1. Delivery Areas
VIMAS Motorsports (a trading name of Kingpin Bargains Ltd) currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not currently offer international shipping.
2. Delivery Options

3. Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £75. This is automatically applied at checkout.
4. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
During busy periods (sales events, bank holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will typically attempt delivery once. If you are not available:
- The parcel may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour (if you have provided instructions)
- A card may be left with instructions for redelivery or collection
- The parcel may be taken to your local collection point
7. Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Remote Areas
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, and other remote areas may take an additional 1-3 working days. Additional surcharges may apply for some locations and will be displayed at checkout.
8. Large or Heavy Items
Some larger or heavier items may require specialist delivery. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time. Additional charges may apply and will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
9. Missing or Lost Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:
- Check your tracking information for the latest status
- Check with neighbours or in any safe places around your property
- Contact us at info@vimasmotorsports.co.uk with your order number
We will investigate with our delivery partner and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or full refund.
10. Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, please:
- Take photographs of the packaging and any damaged items
- Contact us within 48 hours at returns@vimasmotorsports.co.uk
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
