1. Your Statutory Rights
VIMAS Motorsports is a trading name of Kingpin Bargains Ltd. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
2. Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a person nominated by you) physically receive the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example:

- A message via our website contact form
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.
3. Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order within the 14-day period:
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable)
- Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence they have been sent back)
- We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described
4. Condition of Returned Goods
You may handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (similar to how you would in a shop). If the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary, we may deduct a proportionate amount from the refund.
Products should be returned:
- In their original packaging where possible
- In unused and resaleable condition
- With all accessories, manuals, and documentation included
5. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:
- Within 30 days: A full refund for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose
- Within 6 months: A repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is not possible, you are entitled to a full refund
- After 6 months (up to 6 years): You must prove the fault was present at the time of delivery. We may offer a partial refund taking into account use
If your item arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
6. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Items that have been installed, fitted, or modified
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Electrical items where the seal has been broken (unless faulty)
- Items marked as non-returnable in the product listing
7. How to Return an Item
- Contact us at returns@vimasmotorsports.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
- Receive authorisation — we will provide a returns authorisation number and instructions
- Pack securely — use adequate packaging to prevent damage during transit
- Ship the item — send the item using a tracked delivery service (we recommend keeping proof of postage)
- Refund processed — once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days
8. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 working days:
- Check your bank account or card statement again
- Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary
