Powered by a 36V 250W brushless motor with a Direct Drive system, the SX-E400 delivers smooth, responsive power straight to the rear wheel — no lag, no fuss. Three speed modes let parents keep full control: Eco (5mph) for beginners, Low (8mph) as confidence builds, and Sport (15.5mph) when they’re ready to fly. A removable 36V 5.2Ah lithium battery provides up to 75 minutes of ride time, with the option to swap in a spare and keep the adventure going.
The bike is loaded with safety features including a lanyard power cut-off, a parent-lockable speed cover, and a chainguard to protect small fingers. Front and rear suspension absorbs bumps and rough ground, while mechanical disc brakes give reliable, predictable stopping power. The wide-stance swingarm and 12×2.4” all-terrain anti-slip tyres handle grass, mud, and sand with confidence.

What age is the SX-E400 suitable for?
It's designed for children aged 3 to 6 years, with a recommended rider height of 90–110cm and a maximum weight of 50kg.
How long does the battery last?
On a full charge you'll get up to 75 minutes of ride time, or up to 2 hours and 11 miles in Eco Mode.
Can I buy a spare battery?
Yes. The battery is fully removable and swappable, so you can hot-swap a second one and keep riding without waiting for a recharge.
Can I control how fast it goes?
Yes. There are three speed modes — Eco (5mph), Low (8mph), and Sport (15.5mph) — plus a parent-lockable cover to keep the limit fixed once set.
What surfaces can it handle?
The SX-E400 handles grass, mud, and sand. The 12×2.4" all-terrain tyres and wide swingarm provide solid grip across uneven ground.
Does it arrive assembled?
It arrives mostly pre-assembled with just a few quick finishing steps. Free full assembly is available if you collect in person from our warehouse.
What does the warranty cover?
There's a 12-month parts warranty on all main components. Wear items (tyres, pads, chain, cables, grips) are excluded, and servicing every 6 months is required to keep the warranty valid.
Is it suitable for off-road or track use?
The bike is designed for private land use only. Warranty cover does not apply to competition or closed-circuit racing use.
